KRYPTON KONSULTANS’ vision is to be the leading provider of ISO consultancy services worldwide – not the biggest, but the best.

We are a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to:

·         maintaining client focus to clearly understand their requirements and provide innovative and effective business solutions,

·         helping our clients to clearly understand the requirements for ISO management systems and certification,

·         maintaining high ethical and business standards,

·         compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements,

·         satisfying all applicable requirements, and

·         establishing and continually improving the Quality Management System.

Our quality aims are to:

·         achieve successful outcomes for our clients through superior ISO management system design,

·         provide ISO consultancy services to our clients that are on time, on budget, achieve certification and add value to their operations,

·         provide clear and concise internal and gap auditing services with practical, logical improvement recommendations (where applicable),

·         meet our contractual obligations with a view to achieving client satisfaction, reputation enhancement and repeat business,

·         practice what we preach – maintain Quality Management Systems

·         ensure ISO Consultants are trained, skilled, competent and qualified as appropriate for the tasks they are performing, and

·         audit the Quality Management System, review performance and assess client feedback with a view to continual improvement.

Our consultants are:

·         responsible for the communication, enthusiastic promotion and implementation of this policy, and

·         accountable for the achievement of quality outcomes in accordance with this policy
